Being Agile in a business environment is important. Why?
I recently became a Certified Professional Scrum Master, and while working with my team members during our intensive study of the accountability of the Scrum Master, we had to come up with a reason to explain to a CEO why she would want to explore an Agile Transformation. Here's what we came up with:
"Agile is a way for the company to produce our products quicker to market, more efficiently, and with better user acceptance. This will save the company time to produce new products that the market demands all while saving money in development costs."
That was our elevator pitch for working in an Agile environment. What's yours?
